Hi, I’m Judi Pasos
a trained yogi, Licensed psychotherapist, spiritual guide, and woman in her mid 40’s.
For years, I carried the weight of generational trauma.
I grew up in a family marked by wounds passed down from one generation to the next. Like so many women I now serve, I became “high-functioning” early — the one who couldn’t afford to fall apart.
And that led to unsustainable “over-functioning”.
But deep inside, I was exhausted. I didn’t feel safe enough to rest. I didn’t feel worthy enough to receive love or abundance. Rest felt like a luxury — or worse, a danger. This state was unsustainable and eventually my body gave out.
My "healing" journey began with therapy, and expanded through, spiritual practices/faith, ancient yogic wisdom & Neuroscience-based protocols (EMDR, hypnotherapy, yoga, NSDR, meditation, breathwork, and reiki). When I came into my mid-40’s and a hormonal journey I could not control, I had to lean in like never before.

“I created the Asraya rest method after a hormonal journey I couldn't control and began experiencing debilitating insomnia. My old formula of over-functioning was not sustainable anymore. I was falling apart. I had learned about Yoga Nidra meditations during my yoga teacher training and then subsequently learned about NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) again through Dr. Andrew Huberman's research. I started practicing them diligently. I discovered it was my medicine. I felt transformed after one full year of consistent practice. It cured my insomnia. I then did a year long yoga nidra traning and created the mini-bundles for my clients, to resource them as we worked through their healing. Other women just like me. It’s may way of holding their hand through this part of their journey. I now want to extend that hand to anyone else out there, just like us, who are desperately needing the medicine of rest, and just don’t know it yet. ”
